StackScopes is designed to minimize collection of customer content that is not needed for the selected infrastructure-intelligence workflow.

StackScopes may use service providers to host, secure, monitor, support, and communicate about the service. Providers are limited to the purposes assigned to them and are addressed through the applicable customer agreement and subprocessor schedule.

StackScopes applies access controls, encryption, auditability, and tenant-aware data boundaries as part of the product design. Retention depends on the record type, customer configuration, contractual requirements, security needs, and applicable law.
International processing
Information may be processed in locations used by StackScopes and its service providers. Applicable transfer safeguards and processing locations are documented through the relevant customer agreement and current subprocessor schedule.
Choices and rights
A person may contact privacy@stackscopes.com to ask about applicable access, correction, deletion, or objection rights. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
