Agreement
These Terms govern access to the StackScopes website and services. A separate order form, subscription agreement, data-processing agreement, or other written contract may add or replace terms for a customer relationship.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use access only as authorized, and notify StackScopes of suspected compromise. Customers remain responsible for the cloud accounts, roles, data, users, and instructions they place in scope.
Service license
Subject to the applicable order, StackScopes grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during the subscription term for the customer’s internal business purposes. No source-code, resale, or sublicensing right is granted unless stated in writing.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to violate law, interfere with systems, send unsolicited communication, bypass authorization, introduce malicious code, or access infrastructure without permission.
Intellectual property
StackScopes retains rights in the website, service, product design, software, documentation, and branding. Customers retain rights in their own data and grant only the rights necessary to provide the contracted service.
Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other party, use it only for the agreed relationship, and disclose it only to authorized people and providers who are bound to appropriate confidentiality obligations. Detailed confidentiality terms may be stated in a separate agreement.
Fees and changes
Fees, limits, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and any refund rights are determined by the applicable pricing page and written order terms. Taxes may apply.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or third parties. Subscription term, termination rights, data export, and post-termination handling are defined by the applicable written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
Cloud analysis depends on the data, configuration, evidence, and assumptions available to the service. Simulation and recommendations support engineering judgment and do not guarantee that every dependency, failure, security path, or recovery outcome will be identified. Any warranties, liability limits, governing law, and venue are defined by the applicable written customer agreement and mandatory law.
