Open the workspace URL provided to your organization. StackScopes does not ask users to enter cloud credentials on the public company website.

Verify the destination

Confirm that the hostname and organization context match the onboarding material before entering workspace credentials.

Contact support safely

Do not email passwords, tokens, cloud secrets, or private keys. Support may ask for your organization and workspace name, but never for a secret.
